Looking for Honest Feedback on my Audio Guided Cardio App

Hey, I’m looking for some feedback on my iOS app Trellis. Trellis provides customizable instructor guided rowing & running workouts, over your music, movies, or podcasts.
hiTrellis.com
I made this app because the current options are to play your music/show without guidance, follow a premade workout that has it’s own music or settle for a beep or robotic voice to tell me occasional updates. When exercising, its important to make the experience enjoyable!!

It’s free and no signup is required.
If you do not row or run, feed back on the UI would be much appreciated!

Thanks :)
