How munch time do you spend on users support?

I spend 1-2 hours per workday on supporting my users. I think it is crucial to help every single guy who needs help, even if the help is irrelevant to my service.

I believe this helps to build a loyal audience and will grow your business over time.

But most importantly, I truly enjoy this process. Helping others makes you good, you know :smile:
