I work in a small agency. We create websites and mobile apps for our clients. I’m the once who is in charge in tech.
We have 4 more programmers and I’m the leader of the coding team.
People say, I’m doing good as a leader, but I’m sure there is still a hu-u-u-ge room to grow.
I plan to quit my job in a year or two and found my own startup. I think I will need to have more advanced leadership skill to be successful as an entrepreneur.
How do I enhance it? Any books, courses or advices? Thanks!!

Lastly though not specifically geared towards leadership I recommend having a look at The Last Lecture (https://youtu.be/ji5_MqicxSo) as it is a well rounded talk.
