I do not run a business and don’t even have a side-project, but I get a lot of stress on my main job (sales). I was surprised when I found a natural and effective way to release my stress: sleep enough.
That sounds simple, funny and ridiculous, but trust me, if you stop waking up with alarms and let your body get enough rest, you will start living a more quality and healthy life.
Take those 1-2 additional hours as an investment in your productivity. It can change your life!

I’m a happy man who do not use alarms in the mornings and get enough sleep. It is a great fundamental for my well-being.
It took me years to get this ridiculously simple habit. When I was younger I though that cool guys do not sleep much I was so wrong!
