The company which gave me the best customer care is Paddle.
There are many companies with excellent customer support crews: Intercom, Mailgun, Sqreen, Heroku, Unicorn Platform (), Segment. But Paddle stands out.
When I was in trouble, the Paddle support champion contacted their financial officer and they decided to break their own internal rules to help me.
The company turned out to be so much into a customers’ problem. I instantly became a loyal user and wrote an article about them in my personal blog.
